Roda Speak
Greek phrases and words can be very useful for Roda’s visitors. We understand that almost everyone in the Village speaks some English or German, but a few Greek words go a long way in terms of releasing and enjoying that famous Corfiot hospitality.

At this stage, we are not going to get involved with the Greek alphabet. If you are intending to stay for more than just a holiday, then it is essential to tackle the alphabet if you are ever to move on. However, for a short break, a few spoken words are sufficient and we have listed some common words and phrases that you will hear everyday, both in everyday use and in bars & restaurants.
