This is the food that local families produce with love & care every day of the year and it is brought with pride to your table for you to share. In addition to the basic menu of fresh fish & other Greek classics, there are daily house specials made from the finest of ingredients cooked in the purest of local olive oil. Welcome to the Pangalos Traditional Taverna in the very heart of Roda. Everyone wandering along the seafront admires the magnificent 200 year-old shuttered building that sits on the beach in the centre of the village, and this is home to Roda’s oldest taverna established in 1962. So impressed by the welcome they have received over the years, customers and friends have christened the taverna the ‘Kind-Hearted Place’ and this is the only name by which many still refer to the restaurant.
